Sullivan Street Bakery and its Professor Jim Lahey are teaching bread making, including its famed "No Knead Method."
All classes are held at the Bakery, at 533 West 47th Street, between 10th and 11th Avenues, on Sundays from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Cost per class is $250 per person (includes a gift bag and snacks).

We Knead Your Dough to End Childhood Hunger
Members of New York's artisan baking community are coming together to raise funds and share knowledge to help end childhood hunger in America. All proceeds from this class will benefit Share Our Strength's "Great American Bake Sale."
