Andy Fisher, President of Astor Wines & Spirits/Astor Center, has spent his career selling, tasting, serving and teaching wine.  But he's also a home cook which makes him the perfect person to turn to for advice when serving wine with the meals we make at home.  We asked Andy for guidelines for pairing wine with food, a candid assessment of wine glasses, to demystify decanting, and to share his favorite way to cook for family and friends.
