The Interview: Christopher Kimball

Christopher Kimball is the founder and editor of Milk Street, a media company that publishes a magazine, produces radio and television programs, and runs a Boston cooking school, as well as one of the authors of Milk Street: The New Home Cooking. He previously was a co-founder and editor of America's Test Kitchen, Cook's Illustrated and Cook's Country Magazines, host of PBS's America's Test Kitchen, and author or editor of scores of books and cookbooks.

While still with ATK, he talked with us about the reality of home cooking, the biggest mistakes we all make, and the keys to success in the kitchen.  And surprise -- none of them have to do with recipes.
