Sister store to Eli's Manhattan, located a few blocks away at Third Avenue and E. 80th Street.

What's Great:

Excellent meat, seafood, cheese and produce deparments. Large deli department also has a nice selection of smoked fishes. Good selection of domestic and imported grocery items. Large bakery selection with items that are available at all of the Eli Zabar stores.

What to Know:

You can order by phone, fax or e-mail, which isn't the same thing as ordering from a web site, but the store has its ordering deparment set up to take orders this way and it works. To help there is an extensive shopping list on the store's web site to prompt your order in case you aren't sure what you want.

Expect to pay premium prices for premium products.
