This shop is known interchangably as either the Yorkville Meat Emporium or the Hungarian Meat Market. Specialists in smoked meats, spices and seasonings, noodles, preserves
and other imported grocery items. A last bastion of the
German-Hungarian markets that once filled this Upper East Side
neighborhood in the East 80's.
What's great:
