An Italian cheese monger that is famed for its smoked mozzarella. If mozzarella is a key ingredient in your dish or your meal, this place is worth a detour even if it's all you buy there.

 

 

What's great:

Both the smoked and non-smoked mozzarella are excellent and the prices are moderate

What to know:

Joe's is located just a block from Raffeto's pasta so do yourself a favor and make a quick detour there. Either store is worth a dedicated visit but why not treat yourself and go to both while you're in the neighborhood?
