This is a chain of coffee stores but that doesn't diminish their quality. Each has a solid selection, offering the most popular beans and roasts. Some are more take-out than retailer but all sell beans.

What's great:
The stores sell coffee beans, bagged and loose teas, filter papers including for Chemex coffee makers, tea pots, mugs, thermoses, and various coffee-making accessories. They also sell excellent coffee and tea for take-out, plus first-rate sweets and baked goods to go with them.

What to know:
The company supports literacy and education programs in Ethiopia, a major source of coffee beans.
