Almost anything a home cook could possibly want or need:  pots, pans, cookware, knives and gadgets plus items uniquely Brooklyn.  Very friendly and helpful service.

What's great:

They sell all the major and best brands:  All-Clad, Kitchen Aid, Le Creuset, Wusthof and much more.  The store is large, with a room in back that has an extensive selection of baking tools and materials including many colors of decorative sugars.  They sell charming dish towels and glassware decorated with icons of Brooklyn.

What to know:

The very nice people who run and work in this store are also home cooks and can provide really useful advice when it comes to choosing both cookware and tools.  If you're trying to get your, or someone else's children to get interested in cooking, there are aprons and basic utilisils that are kid sized and friendly (great for gifts).

For a small per knife fee they will sharpen your knives or sell you a knife stone and teach you how to do it yourself.
