This lovely, wood paneled midtown bookstore has an extensive selection of books about cooking, food, wine, entertaining, and kitchen design. Its periodical department has a large American and international magazines about food and wine. The staff is knowledgable and helpful and gift-wrapping is free.
What to know:
The store occasionally features author appearances and autographings. Rizzoli also publishes cookbooks, including several recent award-winning titles. The store closes at 7:30 p.m. during the week and at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
