Although the storefront looks like wholesale only, this fresh pasta producer also sells to retail customers. After many years in SoHo, the store moved to Long Island City. They make and sell much more than ravioli, including cut pastas, ones made from organic flours and grains like buckwheat and spelt, gluten-free pasta, filled pastas and sauces and pestos.
