Broadway Farm is a neighborhood destination for all types of grocery items, fresh produce, meats, cheese, household items, and an outstanding fish department run by Bobby Santangelo who used to run Jake's.
What great: The fish department has a big selection of fillets and shellfish plus whole fish, including wild, organic and farmed seafood. Excellent prices. The entire store is always very busy so there's a big turnover which means the food is fresh.
What to know: They deliver in the neighborhood. You can order by phone. If you want something cooked by them, such as having the fish department steam your lobsters, they can do it and spare your kitchen from days of lingering lobster smells.
