Piemonte Ravioli has been making fresh pasta for New Yorkers since 1920. In addition to selling to commercial customers (restaurants, airlines and hotels), they have long maintained a retail store in Little Italy. The pasta is made in a factory in Woodside, Queens.
Stuffed pastas include ones filled with cheese, spinach, seafood, meats, vegetables and more, plus seasonal favorites like pumpkin. The shapes and forms include all the classics: ravioli, raviolini, tortellini, tortelloni, manicotti, cannelloni, and more. Their fresh pasta, is made both plain (with egg) and in flavors like spinach, artichoke and lemon and black pepper, cut in a variety of sizes, from lasagna sheets to angel hair.

The store is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
