Pickles and other pickled foods made in small batches in Park Slope and sold both online and at area markets.

What's great:

Their usual prize-winning selection includes bread and butter pickles, and pickled pears, beets, okra and waxed beans pickled with horseradish and then there will be seasonal specials.  They also make a very popular sauce called "Minor Threat."

What to know:

Available at Bedford Cheese, Stinky Bklyn, Marlow & Sons, Whole Foods Bowery, and on Mondays at the Greenmarket in Union Square.  Online you can pay with a credit card or PayPal although be sure their website is secure before you proceed.
