The Interview: David Graves Talks About City Beekeeping

David Graves of Berkshire Berries is New York's Bee-Man.  He's been raising bees on Manhattan and Brooklyn rooftops since 1996 and sells his N.Y.C. Roof-Top Honey every Wednesday and Saturday at the Union Square Greenmarket.

We talked with him about the seasons of city honey, the taste of honey from the trees near Yankee Stadium, what makes bees happy, how to buy and cook with honey, and why he believes the bees are disappearing.
