A bagel baker and merchant that sells its very popular bagels from three stores in Brooklyn.

What's great:

They have a diverse selection of store-made toppings, spreads and cream cheese with more than a few ingredients and flavors mixed in, plus tofu spreads. They also sell deli meats and smoked fish and a selection of fresh and cooked sandwiches.

But it's the bagels that cause the lines to form.
