An Italian charcuterie that offers artisanal pancetta, salami, prosciutto, lardo, guanciale, and other cured meats provided by local producers as well as imports from Parmacotto, a meat producer in northern Italy.

What's great:

The shop also sells hard-to-find Italian imported items like tiny packs of anchovies, with two filets to a pack.

The small shop shares space with a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner.  The retail counter opens late morning and the restaurant opens soon after.
